What is wrong with the Democrats in Congress? Don't they know that we elected them because we're sick of unchecked executive power?

I understand this was a rhetorical question, but to answer it anyway… the Progressive Caucus is not really in control, even though Pelosi (sic) is a (former) member.

    Yes. The Business Caucus just want to line their pockets with gelt, and the Blue Dogs want to be Republicans.

The Democratic party has no spine. Nothing they’ve done has amounted to anything despite such clear public support it’s spilling over to Republican voters. The best they can do is complain verbally while looking for the most ineffectual steps they can take to make a show of opposition.
