Elements of Relationship Sun, 25 Apr 2004, 00:00 EDT
Earth, below, solid and strong Grounded, stable, immense, and not easily deterred, yet gentle, peaceful, growing, and cyclic; Reliable, organized, steady, and solid. Water washes Earth with gentle caresses, Removing all pains, aches, and sharp edges: Romantic warm rain pouring down artfully over us Rinsing us clean into a compassionate purity of love Air flows over both, quick and changing, Flighty, flexible, and playful, yet powerful when roused, Always, traveling to new places, new people, Eager to grow and learn and express. Fire burns with a dual-nature: forge and destroyer Passionate, dancing, flickering flames, Adventurous and eager, leaping from place to place, and burning with unequaled intensity. Earth and Water, Air and Fire Joined together in balancing union, Complementing, balancing, influencing one another Coming together in spirit, greater than any one alone. The Scorpion transforms into a Phoenix, creature of flame and flight, passionately exploring, flying, diving, learning, meeting with youthful exuberance, desire, and a love of new things. The Ram sips gently from a river in an idyllic green field, tasting the fresh water flowing gently, identifying with the hills, the grass, and the river, Earth and Water gently standing, slightly shifting for age beyond memory The Two meet, and see an element of themselves in one another, for the Scorpion is of the Water, and the Ram of Fire, though their thoughts lie elsewhere, they are draw together seeking that element of themselves, long left, yet yearned for.
